Building a Unified Community Through Sports and Inclusion
The mission of the Special Olympics Northern California is to create a unified community where people with and without intellectual disabilities can make connections, develop healthy lifestyles, achieve success, and experience the joy of sports.
Special Olympics is a global program that offers sports training and competitions for people with disabilities. It gives athletes the chance to play sports, meet new friends, and feel like part of a team. The focus is on doing your best and having fun—everyone is welcome, no matter your skill level.
At PCS we make sure each athlete can participate in ways that meet their needs and goals.
